Gray Catbird
This Gray Catbird is just too cute. He reminds me of a Disney animated bird in something like Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, or maybe Snow White. I can’t find an exact picture of the bird I’m thinking about, but I have a scene in my head and it pops up every time I see this Catbird.
They’re very animated creatures, often striking poses, a la Madonna. Well seriously. Doesn’t he!?
He flits and runs around and then strikes a pose to check things out. I think he has an angelic face. He may not be the most colorful bird in the world but he’s very lovable.
He’s one of the most adorable visitors to my back yard. He makes me smile.
